Dame Tessy Antony de Nassau is a businesswoman, board director, author, and public speaker. A former Luxembourg Army officer, Tessy was deployed to Kosovo at 18 as the only woman in her draft. She later earned a master’s in international studies and diplomacy from SOAS, University of London. Tessy served as Director for EMEA Impact at VICE Media UK before founding her own consultancy in sustainability and development.
She co-founded Professors Without Borders, expanding the charity to 21 countries, focusing on education and global outreach. Tessy is an ambassador for UNAIDS, patron to UNA-UK, and an advocate for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
Tessy holds numerous leadership roles, including board positions at Elizabeth in Luxembourg and the Estonian Chambers of Commerce Switzerland. She has received prestigious awards, including the Dame Grand Cross of the Order of Adolphe of Nassau and the Philo Asia Peace Award. In 2019, she was awarded an honorary doctorate by the Paris College of Arts for her contributions to education.
Her accolades also include the NATO Medal, United Nations Peacekeeping Medal, and recognition for empowering women globally.
