Devi Kolli is Co-Founder and CEO of i3 Simulation, a healthcare technology company focused on the use of artificial intelligence, machine learning and extended reality technologies to improve simulation and training environments.
With more than 16 years of experience in digital transformation and human-computer interaction, her work explores how immersive technologies can support learning, healthcare, communication and human performance across complex environments.
An early investor and entrepreneur in the extended reality sector, Devi has worked across healthcare, education, interactive media, film, museum and heritage experiences, location-based entertainment and defence.
Her work sits at the intersection of technology, simulation and human experience, with a particular interest in how emerging technologies can improve learning, decision-making and real-world outcomes.
Devi holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in India and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Bedfordshire.
