Dominic Regester is Director of Education and the Center for Education Transformation at Salzburg Global Seminar, where he designs and leads international programmes focused on the future of education and systemic educational change.
His work explores education leadership, social and emotional learning, regenerative education and the role of education in supporting human flourishing during periods of social and technological transformation.
Prior to Salzburg Global Seminar, Dominic spent 14 years with the British Council, working across global citizenship education, teacher development and international education collaboration.
Alongside his work in education transformation, he contributes to a number of international initiatives focused on learning, wellbeing and digital culture, including the Amal Alliance, the Learning Economy Foundation and Power of Zero.
Since 2021, he has also served as Executive Director of Karanga, a global alliance promoting social and emotional learning and life skills.
Dominic holds degrees from SOAS University of London and University College London, reflecting his longstanding interest in education, culture and international development.
