Edmund Monk is CEO and Co-Founder of the Learning and Performance Institute, where he has played a leading role in advancing the professionalisation of workplace learning and organisational performance internationally.
His work focuses on the relationship between learning, leadership, technology and organisational transformation, with a particular interest in how artificial intelligence and digital systems are reshaping the way people develop knowledge, judgment and capability at work.
