Jennifer is the Founder and Executive Director of the Menopause Global Alliance (MenoGlobal.org), the first multi-stakeholder initiative dedicated to advancing global awareness, research, and policy on menopause. With over 25 years of leadership in global development, policy innovation, and strategic partnerships, she has designed and led high-impact initiatives across more than 20 countries.
Previously, Jennifer held senior positions at the World Bank Group, where she directed multimillion-dollar programs focused on women’s health, economic empowerment, and financial inclusion—leveraging big data to drive innovation and results.
Her background includes more than a decade in corporate social responsibility, working across sectors with multinational corporations, UN agencies, leading foundations, and grassroots organizations. As the founding director of the Nike Foundation’s work on adolescent girls, she helped shape one of the sector’s most influential advocacy and investment platforms. She began her career in finance and as a journalist and has served as an adjunct professor at both Columbia and New York Universities.
Jennifer holds a BA from McGill University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
