With a background spanning financial leadership, operations and organisational strategy, her work focuses on helping organisations navigate growth, transformation and long-term sustainability across complex and evolving environments.
Previously CEO of Montessori Centre International, Maccs now works across a portfolio of advisory, consultancy and board roles, supporting organisations in areas including education, digital innovation and regenerative agriculture.
She also serves on the board of StreetGames, where she chairs the Finance and Resources Committee, contributing to work supporting young people and underserved communities through sport and wellbeing initiatives.
Her work reflects a longstanding interest in leadership, resilience, education and the role organisations play in supporting human development and social wellbeing.
