Marijana Šarolić Robić is a prominent Croatian lawyer, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for women’s rights and gender equality. She has established herself as a leading voice in both the legal and business sectors, working to empower women in Croatia and beyond.
A graduate of the University of Zagreb with a law degree, Marijana co-founded the Croatian chapter of PWN Global (PWMN Croatia/PWN Zagreb) in 2016, an organization dedicated to helping women achieve their professional goals and promoting gender equality in the workplace.
Through her leadership, she has built a strong network for women professionals, offering mentorship, resources, and advocacy for gender equality.
In addition to her work with PWMN Croatia, Marijana co-founded two other tech-focused NGOs, CroAI and Cro Startup, where she serves as Vice President. Her initiatives aim to increase women’s participation in technology and entrepreneurship, furthering her commitment to breaking down barriers and promoting equal opportunities.
