Marijana Šarolić Robić is a prominent Croatian lawyer, entrepreneur, and passionate advocate for women’s rights and gender equality. She has established herself as a leading voice in both the legal and business sectors, working to empower women in Croatia and beyond.
A graduate of the University of Zagreb with a law degree, Marijana co-founded the Croatian chapter of PWN Global (PWMN Croatia/PWN Zagreb) in 2016, an organization dedicated to helping women achieve their professional goals and promoting gender equality in the workplace.
Through her leadership, she has built a strong network for women professionals, offering mentorship, resources, and advocacy for gender equality.
In addition to her work with PWMN Croatia, Marijana co-founded two other tech-focused NGOs, CroAI and Cro Startup, where she serves as Vice President.
