
Dr Shirah Z. Mansaray is a Solicitor-Advocate and Managing Partner of Themis Crown Advocates.
Her work spans law, governance, humanitarian leadership and social justice, with a particular focus on ethical decision-making, institutional responsibility and inclusive leadership across the UK, Africa and Europe.
Shirah is also founder and CEO of I Am Somebody’s Child Soldier, an international charity supporting former child soldiers, victims of war and war-affected communities in northern Uganda through mental health, education and rehabilitation initiatives.
She serves as a Non-Executive Director of Amnesty International UK and contributes to a range of initiatives concerned with human rights, governance and institutional culture.
Her work explores how leadership, justice and human dignity can be sustained within increasingly complex social and institutional environments.
