
Stefan Martinić is an attorney based in Zagreb whose work focuses on commercial law, corporate law, data protection, EU law and the legal implications of emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.
After becoming a partner early in his legal career, he went on to establish his own practice, working at the intersection of law, technology and institutional change.
Stefan holds advanced legal qualifications from Harvard Law School and the London School of Economics and Political Science, alongside further studies in artificial intelligence and technology governance at the University of Oxford.
His international experience includes work at the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Parliament, alongside pro bono contributions to the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University.
He has also contributed to the Croatian AI ecosystem through his involvement with CroAI, reflecting his ongoing interest in the relationship between artificial intelligence, governance and legal systems.
