Daniella Freeman is a Leadership Coach, Strategic Advisor and Speaker working at the intersection of leadership, learning and technology, helping global organisations navigate AI-driven transformation and large-scale skills change. Drawing on more than two decades of experience across Google and Deloitte, she brings a rare combination of strategic corporate expertise and deeply human-centred leadership practice.
Most recently, Daniella led Google’s Global Business Leadership Development and Coaching strategy, designing and implementing large-scale transformation programmes impacting thousands of leaders worldwide. Her work has focused on helping organisations adapt to rapid technological change while strengthening the human capabilities that remain essential to trust, judgment, resilience and institutional performance.
Across her career, Daniella has architected global experiential learning programmes, scaled data-driven culture change initiatives and advised senior leaders navigating periods of complexity, transition and disruption. As a leadership coach and organisational transformation expert, she has worked extensively with C-suite leaders and executive teams to help organisations move from dysfunction to high performance during periods of technological and cultural change.
Her appointment reflects Saviesa’s growing focus on the human dimensions of leadership in an age increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.
