Antica Filipović Grčić is a dynamic education leader, innovator, and entrepreneur with a strong track record in building impactful learning experiences and international collaborations. She currently serves as Director of Education at i3 Simulations Europe, where she helps lead the development of immersive, simulation-based education for healthcare and professional training.
She’s one of the founders of Bumblebee Centar, an innovative space for early childhood development that integrates social-emotional learning, play-based education and parental support. Antica also runs Malac Genijalac Zagreb, a school for children’s intellectual and cognitive development, as part of a wider effort to nurture brain-based learning from an early age. In addition, she co-founded Math Magic Kamp, an initiative that blends creativity and fun into math education for children.
As Director of Education at Saviesa, she works closely with the Executive Chairman to support the development and communication of the think tank’s research. She contributes to white papers, participates in strategic roundtables, and represents Saviesa in dialogues exploring human-centred AI and the future of knowledge work.
Antica’s work has earned international recognition, including a prestigious globalWIIN Award for her contributions to educational innovation. She is passionate about shaping the future of learning and making knowledge more accessible, engaging, and relevant across all stages of life.
