Damir Firšt is a Croatian entrepreneur, venture builder, and strategic advisor with over a decade of international expertise at the intersection of AI, spatial computing, policy, and education. After spending eleven years in Asia, primarily in Japan and China, he became fluent in Mandarin. He co-founded and grew an AR/deep-tech startup, managing strategy, UX, and global expansion, leading it to acquisition by Auki Labs. As a member of the Zagreb City Assembly, he champions digital governance and chairs the Committee on Complaints. A former board member of the CroAI Foundation, he continues to drive AI education and implementation across Croatia and the EU. As an advisor, Damir is focused on accelerating growth and innovation through strategic technology implementation, in ventures and public sector, at the intersection of AI, spatial computing, and immersive design, helping them refine strategic narratives, implement technology solutions, and secure funding.
